Lord,
We pray for our husbands. Show us ways that we can deepen our love for our husbands every single day of our lives together.
We pray for our husbands hearts and minds. May they renew their minds in Your word so that the burdens of this world do not overwhelm them. We pray that they would focus their hearts on You so that they would be peaceful men even when life is hard. Give them a deep sense of Your presence all the days of their lives.
Lord, You have given us the covenant of marriage. Enrich our marriages, flood them with Your love and romance! Thank you for the Song of Solomon that teaches us Your view of marriage. Help us to romantically love our husbands all the days of our lives together.

God just revealed something to me when I read your tweet for this post. I just realized that I’ve been praying ABOUT my husband not FOR him. There’s such a huge difference I the two. I’ve just commited to change direction. I’m going to pray and watch God work. Thank you for your prompt to pray for our husbands.
