
I entered marriage with limited housekeeping skills. I could make macaroni and cheese from scratch, chocolate chip cookies, and hard boiled eggs. Great post, Jill! NO ONE, knowing you today, would ever know that you were a home- making illiterate when you were first married. As Doug now calls you, “Suzie Substitution”….you can make anything out of almost nothing! ha ha!! You’ve come a looooonnng way, baby!!! Glory to God! I love you, my friend
Oh, have no fear, I definitely have my areas of total incompetency! And Doug is still a far better cook than I am.
You, however, as a single woman, ran circles around me. Remember when you came over to help me clean my house and stunned me by doing it so quickly? Connie-the-white-tornado taught me a thing or two!
